Images for website
and CD-ROM use will be watermarked along the bottom
margin (similar to, but smaller than, in the gallery
images on this site). The watermark is to minimise
the risk to the owner's copyright associated with
publication on the web. The watermark has been
designed, and placed, so as not to interfere with
the main elements of the image. The watermark must
not be removed or obscured. Images for use in
printed brochures, books, posters etc. will not be
watermarked.

Images are licensed
only for the single use stated at the time of
ordering.

Rights to re-use
images in other publications, reprints, new websites
or new CD-ROMs (or similar media) must be negotiated
with FloraPhoto.

Rights to reproduce
images are not transferable to third parties.

The copyright holder
(Colin Bower, FloraPhoto) must be acknowledged in
the publication for each image used.
